THE LODGE

 

LazyLodge is located east of Oakley, Utah in the exclusive Canyon Rim Ranch gated community.The Lodge was designed to accommodate large family gatherings and reunions. With an architectural style of large open spaces, the kitchen flows into the great room which can be opened up to the spacious deck area.

 

The loft area on the second floor and the game center in the basement provide ample space to entertain all ages. Two master suites, each with their own private deck area and bathroom complete the main floor. The four bedrooms upstairs allow privacy to those that want to sleep while the rest of the family enjoys the amenities of the Lodge.

 

The 5 acres are 80% covered in a beautiful grove of quaking aspen trees. The cabin sits high on the property to maximize the views and allow for a walkout basement. It’s the ultimate in privacy and seclusion while having access to the amenities of Oakley, Heber City, and Park City within a quick 20-25 minute drive.

 

The Lodge was designed for fractional ownership. Each co-owner will have access to a large lockable area to store personal items. There are five co-owners opportunities in the LazyLodge; three of the five ownership spaces are still available.

 

Originally completed in 2012, the LazyLodge sat virtually unused for two years. Recently renovated, the Lodge is currently in new condition including new furnishings throughout.

 

 

ABOUT US

WHAT IS FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP?

 

The phrase “fractional ownership” is typically used to describe shared ownership of a vacation or resort property by people in an arrangement which allocates usage rights based on time. In other words, only one owner will be allowed to use the lodge at a particular time. 

 

Each co-owner will be assigned weeks that rotate and weeks that do not rotate each year. All major holidays will be rotated between each of the co-owners. Co-owners will have the flexibility to switch or exchange weeks upon the consent of another co-owner.

 

There are no nightly fees to pay, management expenses to incur, or other hidden fees. Each co-owner will be responsible for their share of the annual expenses. The management responsibilities will be rotated between the co-owners.

 

There are three co-ownerships currently available. The investment for a co-ownership is $250,000. This gives the co-owner 1/5 ownership in the Lodge. Individuals are welcome to buy more than one share of ownership. A co-owner cannot encumber the property with liens or mortgages.

 

If you have ever owned a second home or vacation property on your own you quickly realize you use it at the most 7 to 10 weeks a year. The LazyLodge will give you access to the property of your dreams at a fraction of the investment and a low annual maintenance cost. It’s the only way to own vacation property.
